Currently, this business is growing nationally by the growing trend of healthy living. The residents of the city of Arequipa, likewise the tourists who come to the city, are more careful with their food and drink. In many cases rule out the option of consuming packaged products that contain chemicals. That is why due to the need to meet the need of tourists to consume natural fruit juices and affordable, the idea arose to create a store where you can offer a variety of fruits where customers can choose or prepare their own juice.

  • The seasonality of the products: The product seasonality makes fruit prices increase and production is low.
  • Packaged products are cheaper and more consumed.
